Yet another wonder of the world! Victoria Falls on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe is on the list of the 7 natural wonders of the world. At this point, between the 7 new wonders of the world, the 7 ancient wonders of the world, the natural wonders of the world and the places lobbying to be a wonders of the world, we are very confused about which are legitimate wonders and which are not. Regardless, all of the wonders we have seen from the above lists have in fact been wonderful. I will stop using the word "wonders" now. From several miles away, we could see what looked like smoke in the horizon. The indigenous word for Victoria Falls is Mosi-oa-Tunya, which translates to Smoke that Thunders. The falls are not the highest nor the widest in the world, but if you combine the two stats, Victoria Falls is said to be the largest sheet of falling water in the world. The power of the water is unbelievable, launching spray hundreds of meters into the air. The cat walks around the falls are great fun to walk around, just as long as you cover up your camera gear and are willing to get really wet.
