Sourcing and looking for inspiration can definitely make you work up an appetite.  So when Beau and I need to appease our bellies in Bali I love visiting The Junction.  To our surprise the Junction had gone through a little face lift since our last trip to Seminyak, Bali Indonesia.   The past decor was white with bright accent colors and a very modern european feel.  The new concept of interiors is more consistent with their food.  Junction serves great salads, pastas, and sandwich made with organic ingredients.  To make customers feel more connected with dining experience and location, the walls are covered with jars filled with the ingredients used in the restaurants and items that make you think of Bali.

The finishes used in the space are very natural as well to continue the concept.  If you love the chairs and tables you are sitting on just talk to the staff to find out more information.  All products are designed and sold by Junction in several finishes.  So you can always take home a piece of Junction and Bali with you.  If you are not looking for furniture, you should at least indulge in the great food and a break from the heat.  Enjoy!
